At the tender age of five, Robert Downey Jr. made his screen debut in the film "Pound," where he charmingly portrayed a sick puppy. This early role marked the beginning of his journey in the entertainment industry. By the age of seven, he further showcased his talent with an appearance in "Greaser's Palace," solidifying his status as a young actor.

When he was ten, Downey moved to England, where he began studying classical dance, expanding his artistic repertoire. Following his parents' divorce in 1978, he and his father relocated to California, where he continued to pursue his passion for acting. However, in 1982, Downey made the bold decision to leave Santa Monica High School and return to New York, fully committing himself to his acting career.
